Lyrics Generation

The Suno lyrics generation endpoint. Generate complete lyrics from a theme, mood or other prompt via POST /suno/submit/LYRICS. Use it before music generation, then feed the produced lyrics back as the prompt of the custom lyrics mode in Music Generation.

The interface is async: on success it returns a task_id (prefixed with task_); poll the Query Result endpoint with that ID until status becomes SUCCESS to fetch the lyrics text.

Billing model

This endpoint is billed per submitted action under the model name suno_lyrics, deducted from your account balance. Add the model on the channel first.

Async flow

POST /suno/submit/LYRICS submits and returns code=success with data (task_id, prefixed with task_);
Poll GET /suno/fetch/{task_id} with that task_id;
When status=SUCCESS, data contains the generated lyrics.
